3 months ago if you had asked me if I could run 5k, I would have said, only in my dreams. But, I was convinced by some family members that it would be fun to take part in a 5k run so I agreed. I did some research and came across Amy and thought she might be the solution to helping me learn to run. This was one of the best decisions I have ever made. As a family team (7 of us), we completed the 5k run and I have just signed up for another. I love to go out early in the morning and take a run on our country roads, or even through our trails in the forest. I am now able to join my daughters for a run when they visit for the weekend. With Amy’s positive approach to coaching, her total belief in me that this was an entirely realistic goal, her running, exercise, and stretching program, custom designed for me, I not only can run 5K, but my balance, my core strength, my overall health has improved dramatically. I preened the day she told me I was getting some definition in my calves! I love my once a week early morning workout with Amy, I feel totally energized for the entire day. Amy encourages me to always go a little further, do a little more, and along the way she provides exercise tips, eating and nutrition guidance, and lots of interesting little tidbits and laughs. The best part was that I never felt like I was alone in achieving the goal I had set, Amy was with me every step of the way. I highly recommend Amy as a Personal Trainer and Coach, and will continue to work with her as I set and work to achieve new goals.

I have been working with Amy for over 6 months and I’ve never been happier. My skills and strength have improved drastically, but what is more important is that I’ve found a trainer who is truly invested in everything I do. A trainer who will go out of her way to make sure I’m getting what I need from her, and who will constantly push me past my own obstacles. I greatly appreciate all that Amy has done for me physically and mentally. Im so thankful for all the her efforts in supporting me to achieve my goals now and in the near future.

Hiring a personal trainer, for me, was a huge decision – the time, the commitment, the money – BUT I know that I will never reach my goals, let alone even set any, without Amyʼs support. Amyʼs commitment, motivation and insane knowledge have pushed me further than I know I could have gotten on my own. She has helped me find my confidence and always reminds me that I can push harder – that I can do 4 more reps. She is someone that I trust and that I know will challenge me every time she comes over (P.S how awesome is that – I get to work out in the comfort of my own home). I did several sessions of stroller fit with Amy and my little guy and I loved it! She was tough but kind and pushed us all to our limits. I felt noticeable results, and had a lot of fun at the same time! Since Amy is a mommy too she understood how to keep those babies happy while giving us a great workout. And of course there was always time for some good laughs! I can’t wait to do another class with her soon!

I started working out with Amy and could hold plank for 3 seconds! I am happy to say that after 8 or so sessions with Amy I am so much stronger! I can hold plank for about 45 seconds and am setting goals! Amy is fun, caring and she makes working out interesting! I am enjoying her running club and can’t wait to be running 5K at the end of it!
